Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This policy explains what information the Chrome extension "Prompt Forge" (the "Extension") handles.

1. Information stored and where

The Extension stores the following information only in your browser (chrome.storage.local).

This information is not sent to any external server, including the developer's. The Extension does not use Chrome sync (chrome.storage.sync) either. It is deleted when you remove the Extension or run "Delete all data" on the settings page.

2. Information collected

The developer does not collect any personal information, prompts, browsing history, or usage data. No analytics or tracking is used.

3. Purchasing Pro and license verification

Purchasing the Pro plan and verifying the license use the external service ExtensionPay and Stripe, which processes payments.

4. Ads and the tip link

The ad shown in the Free plan popup is a static image and link bundled with the Extension. It loads no external scripts and does not track you. Clicking an ad or the tip button opens the linked site in a new tab, which handles your information under its own policy.
